Welcome to aiJobGenie, a service provided by Faktia Global Technologies Limited ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 1. Eligibility

  • The Services are intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
  • Use of the Services is prohibited where it violates applicable laws or regulations.

2. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to access the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Paid Services and Subscriptions

  • aiJobGenie is a paid service. Payment processing is facilitated through LemonSqueezy.
  • Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected during registration. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
    • Uploading harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
    • Attempting to disrupt the Services through unauthorized access or interference.
    • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliations.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

  • We collect and store your name, email, and information contained in uploaded resumes to provide the Services.
  • All collected data is stored securely in a database and processed in compliance with applicable laws, including GDPR.

6. Third-Party Services

  • The Services may integrate with third-party providers for analytics, AI processing, and payment processing. These integrations are designed to minimize data sharing and prioritize user privacy.

  • All disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in Dublin, Ireland, in accordance with Irish arbitration laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faktia Global Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any legal disputes will be resolved under Irish jurisdiction.

  • Users are prohibited from uploading or disseminating content that is:
    • Harmful, abusive, or discriminatory.
    • In violation of intellectual property rights or privacy laws.
    • Designed to spread malware, spam, or other malicious code.
